Senior British Diplomat to New York Will Join Blippar as COO

We are very excited to announce that Danny Lopez, the highest ranking British diplomat in New York, will join Blippar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in August.

Lopez serves as the British Consul General to New York and Director General for UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) in the United States. As COO, he will oversee Blippar's global operations and strategic planning as our business continues to grow internationally.

In 2011, at the age of only 37, Lopez became the youngest ever British Consul General to New York in the Consulate's history. During his time with UKTI, Lopez helped tens of thousands of businesses do business between the UK and US.
